Here at ASA we have over 20 years experience in our field, and we are proud to offer a wide range of Nationwide Asbestos Related Services, one of which includes Bespoke Asbestos Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys, that are tailored to meet your individual requirements.

This type of survey is an extension of the Asbestos Management Survey we provide. It is fully intrusive and all areas such as sealed voids and cavities are inspected.

This survey is only usually commissioned prior to major refurbishment or demolition.

On completion of this survey you will be provided with information including:

• A comprehensive, detailed report highlighting the presence (or not) of any asbestos containing materials
• An asbestos register
• Individual Risk assessments and recommendations for each item/area of identified asbestos
• Drawings, Photographs and plans of areas/items that are sampled for asbestos
• Impartial advice on the action & treatment of the asbestos containing materials
• A laboratory analysis Data Sheet
