One of the products we offer is SatCon Electronics Metalised Substrates, used to deposit many different types of metalisation for a variety of applications.

Key Features:

Standard substrates thickness – .005” [127mm ], .010” [254mm ], .015” [381mm ], .025” [635mm ] – others available as specials
Resistors – Tantalum-Nitride (TaN) or Nickel-Chromium (NiCh)
Adhesion – Titanium-Tungstem (TiW) or Chromium (Ch)
Barrier – Nickel (Ni) sputtered or plated
Conductor – Gold (Au)
