One of the services we offer our customers includes Expert CAD CAM Design.
Having worked closely with Autodesk products many years & using the Inventor Professional series for our 3D modelling work, we are able to design complex components & assemblies whilst evaluating the best methods of manufacture.
Using images, drawings and animations we discuss the processes & advice our customers on the best ways to proceed with manufacture. Working closely with our customers at this point allows model files to be refined or adjusted to meet their exacting standards.
The CAD data & 3D models generated are then used to generate the CNC programmes what will be passed on to the machines to produce the finished components. This method eliminates the risk of interpretation error & manual programming mistakes.
