All our timber core steel doors are constructed using solid timber core blanks with mid steel sheeting to both sides and all edges. The doors are set in a steel frame and they are hung from a continuous hinge.
Depending on door type the finished door thickness ranges from 40-60mm, which provides surface protection to the door and increased door strength and rigidity at both the lock and hinges.
