Here at Complete Fabrication we specialise in the design & manufacture of prototypes. 

One of the services we offer our customers includes Vacuum Cast Prototype Manufacture.

The vacuum casting process allows the creation of prototypes that look like injection moulded products.

 

A master model is created from Polyjet, SLA or CNC part that gets encapsulated in silicone rubber which is then split creating a two part mould.

 

This mould is the cast with a suitable resin.

Acetal Replica

Fire Retardent
