One of the services we offer our customers includes Parts Kitting.
Our Parts Kitting Service provides complex, multi-level kits of parts for our OEM customers.
Using computer controlled Materials Requirements Planning systems ensures that all components & assemblies involved in a kit are purchased, manufactured & kitted together to match our customer's specification.
Our stringent quality system ensures the kits are produced meet our customers’ specifications exactly.
We have stringent quality controls in place at every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure 100% conformance.
Our engineers then carry out the kitting together of all the component parts and assemblies. Once checked the finished kit is then checked against the Bill of Materials (BOM) by a supervisor & then passed to despatch.
