Filtration Systems – AQF UCR Stand Filter

This filtration system is for use with the AQF and AQUAFLEX Flexographic Plate Processors, and is sold as a separate optional unit. It has been designed to be both easy to use and economical.

Filtration System Mechanism:

Water that contains waste polymer is pumped through the filters; the clean water is then re-circulated into the wash tank. The collected waste can then be shaken off from the steel mesh filter onto a paper towel, which can then be disposed of as solid waste.

The unit consists of 2 reusable stainless steel mesh filters, and regular cleaning of the stainless steel mesh filters is required.

The unit also includes one finer disposable filter cartridge; therefore occasional replacement of the disposable cartridge is also required.
