Prop-Flow

Prop-Flow is Genesis Process Solutions' newest product. It is an innovative system that has been specifically designed for the discharge of flake and regrind material from mass storage such as hoppers and silos. Such products have a tendency to interlock together in storage. This has, in the past, made extraction from a hopper or silo a difficult process often resulting in poor, inconsistent product flow. The Prop-Flow has been created specifically to remedy this problem. It does so, using a flat bottom discharger with a rotating, propeller like blade which takes ingredients to an outlet whilst also keeping the material around it moving.

Four sizes are available: 600mm, 800mm, 1,000mm and 1,200mm diameter
Heavy duty sweeping arm in varying designs to suit products
Standard pipe fitting outlet enabling a simple adaption to downstream equipment
