When the working conditions are beyond the limitations of standard swivel joints, Filton can design and manufacture swivel joints to meet customers specific requirements.

These can be multiport, overshaft or for axial connection and seals are available in a range of materials.

Swivel Joints
A swivel joint is primarily for use on oscillating shafts, but is also suitable for transfering fluids to and from slowly rotating shafts.

Designs vary from simple knuckle joints, without independant bearings to models containing double row ball bearings for heavier duty.
