HPC Services Ltd was established in 1991 to fulfil the growing commitments of Hemlock Engineering Ltd. By incorporating the single Citizen sliding head machine, they were able to introduce a new method of making high precision shafts for printer/date coding. Although the sliding head machine was not eminent in the United Kingdom that year, the many advantages became apparent, with it being instrumental in the company’s rapid growth. HPC Services Ltd assures accuracy and quality with every project, making it possible through the following services: Sliding Head Turning By using sliding head turning machines, we are able to produce precise and high quality outputs regardless of the complexity, size and type. CNC Turning To make sure that we meet our deadlines, we combine outstanding machinery with highly skilled experts to execute exceptional services to our valued customers. HPC Services Ltd manufactures parts using a CNC turning machine. This machine is capable of operating continuously for a long period of time. All of our lathes in our CNC Turning cells are geared with front and side-powered, face-driven tools and can turn up to a 12" diameter.
